"I'd like high resolution photos of everyone. What I'll be doing is cutting them out and making a montage in photoshop. I'd like 2 poses; one looking off into the distance somewhere (or rather, just not straight at the camera) and one looking into the camera. For each of these poses, i'd like one smiling and one straight-faced/unsmiling - AND one cropped tightly (head and shoulders) and one full-body in the frame. So a total of 8 different options. And the most important thing: that they be photographed against a plain white background (this is crucial for masking out the background in photoshop)."

The following photos submitted by Keith Rodriquez were found excellent by Frankie Butler, so they are a good guide for the photos by the remaining members of the team. Of course, the samples as shown below were reduced in size considerably for web use. Keith's original digital files were 1 meg in size.
